Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who are shareholders and/or management of a company established and legalized in accordance with Indonesian law.
Both personally, on behalf of the Company he represents, and on behalf of the entire management and shareholders of the Company he represents, he has never been named a suspect in any criminal act on the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or in other countries, and/or the Company he represents has never been declared bankrupt by a court based on a decision with permanent legal effect.
Accept and abide by the Statutes, Bylaws, code of ethics, general program norms, and association regulations.
